I understand that at the time of booking, a $200 deposit is required. ($100 is non-refundable and will be applied to your event balance. The other $100 is a security deposit that will be refunded within 48 hours after the event has been held and all property has been inspected and is in good condition.) Until the deposit is paid, I understand that my date and theme are not secured and may become unavailable.

I have verified that my venue has the required space to accommodate the number of tents/teepees and/or picnic tables requested. The dimensions are listed in our Policies under "Venue Requirements."

I understand that there will be a $50 cleaning fee deducted from my deposit if animal hair is found on any of the inventory upon pickup and inspection

COVID CLAUSE: In light of COVID-19 , we are NOT responsible for any illnesses caused by attendees of the event. We are taking extra precautions sanitizing our products for the safety of our customers and staff. We are asking the host to be responsible for communication with the guests to stay home if they have any COVID symptoms.
